Claim blocks are really useful if used properly and saves staff time by discouraging griefers. Maybe the confusion with the plugin is a result of lack of explanation which we could work on.

I've seen it pointed out that the message people will sometimes get about 'Other people can also build here...' creates some confusion. I'm guessing that's coded into the plugin, and couldn't easily be changed?
