every time i log in it says kicked for flying or related and i didnt do nothing but logged in why is this happening and help me i dont even know how to fly on the server im not vip

It is perfectly allowed; it is just that doing that has the possibility of glitching you into the situation you are currently in. A mod+ should be able to help you by forcibly teleporting you to spawn, I believe.

Like cookie said it is allowed byt may lead to things like this. A mod+ will have to summon you to spawn. Has it been resolved already?
