not premoting me - savannah062900 - 08-16-2016
i have voted countless times but im still not being premoted. its frustrating trying to help this server but to everyone else i look lazy. can anyone please help?

I am sorry that you experienced this. There is sometimes a glitch where players don't get auto promoted upon reaching the required votes. You have 5 votes and I have manually moved you to rookie rank. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

Are you sure you have enough votes? /vr shows you how many votes you have logged, and at /warp rank you can check how many votes you need for each rank.
