well, see it's that I tried to make a nether portal today and I got this message:

Yes, there is no end or nether to a resource world.

well it makes a really weird glitch, it like shoots you away from the portal, for a couple of blocks, and most of the time you take 0.5hearts of damage

That's called intended behavior. We have a plugin to add dimensional support for other worlds, but we're not connecting any Nether to the gold and resource worlds, so the portals do that.
