To whom ever it applies.
I receive the following message when trying to log-in:
- java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.
Does this mean I have been banned? If so, may I please have a reason why. My intent is to simply build, design and survive within your server.

if you were banned there would be a ban message for you. you are not banned the server is down and being worked on.
