Yes, I've seen Kode364's appeal, and I see that Ara wants to give this player another chance.
However, from what I've seen it is unjustified.
here's a bit of the log to highlight the spamming problem.

Then he spammed three times in a row, gets kicked all three times.

Then, 1.5 hours later, he started spamming AHHHHHHHH, getting kicked each time. He thinks only staffs can kick him therefore a staff is online to help him, and he is determined to find this "staff" by spamming.

I think Dva is right. Please deal with this player. I don't think he has changed at all.
