In exact game money exchange to real cash, the vip 3 perk would be 39.745 k in game money. However, inorder for the buyer to have a reason to buy a vip 3 for other person, i think around45 k would be a fair price for vip 3. This would make it reasonable for the trade, since the buyer could always just purchase more game money for himself.
