I've recently noticed that some voters have had more votes than they should if they voted once daily on each of the voting sites. As such, i went to investigate. At first i assumed that through some fluke in the system they gained an extra day from the previous month or something. But as it turns out, on one of the voting sites, the vote timer resets every 12 hours. I didn't know this, and I assume that others do not either so I'm making this post to inform people that this exists. The voting site that allows this is http://topg.org/ which I believe is the second vote link.

This is pretty useful information, good find. With this element, it would be even harder to get top voter, making the winners more deserving.
