Howdy all. I'm Kirk, and i'm not neccesarily new, as i've been here some years. I'm the Mayor of Lapis City (Old Server) and Lapis Lake. I just wanted to stop by (If any of you remember me) and let you know i am not indeed dead, and please don't take all my crap or touch my stuff. I have been involved with Young Marines and the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary (Civil Air Patrol) and a girlfriend, not to mention my duties as Commodore of the Hayler Naval Corps, of which i am retiring May 2019.
