Ban Appeal #2 - KBL_Official - 06-05-2018
Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord):SMP
Minecraft name:KBL_Official
Reason for your ban: Thieving
Who banned you: UberDeathBunny
Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned to resume play on the server. I understand that stealing from an unprotected area also qualifies as griefing as well but that is besides the point. I would return what i have stolen and apologize to the owner.
Why do you want to come back: I would like to come back to the server to resume play as normal. I use the server to ease out of school work and have some fun. I would just like to come and be a member of the community and not let my 30 dollars go to waste. I will promptly come back and return everything.

Here at Hometown we take grief seriously and is the entire reason you were banned. Your understanding of this is not "beyond the point". I will need at least one sentence answers to the following questions before I will consider unbanning you
1) Can you add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?
2) Once you know a build exists,
2a) can you walk through the area?
2b) change the landscape within 100 blocks of that build?
3) If a player is banned can you take over their build?
4) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?
5) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?
5) What have you learned from this experience?

1) Can you add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?
You cannot edit any blocks that are not natural as stated in the rules
2) Once you know a build exists,
2a) can you walk through the area? You are aloud to look but cannot take.
2b) change the landscape within 100 blocks of that build?
You can edit blocks 100 away from the build
3) If a player is banned can you take over their build?
You cannot take from a banned player because it is the same as if they were there.
4) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?
No you cannot unless player says you can.
5) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?
If blocks are broken you should return them to their place promptly.
5) What have you learned from this experience?
I have learned that griefing is not part of this small community and shall not be tolerated in the future.
