Grief appeal for: Indiana_Joe_4323 - IndianaJoe4323 - 07-11-2018 Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): SMP Minecraft name: Indiana_Joe_4323 Reason for your ban: Stole 4 Diamond Blocks from /warp diamonds Who banned you: ThatGuy (Forgot most of the rest of the name) Why should you be unbanned: In my defense, the structure appeared to be long abandoned, however I am not aware of the total runtime of the server. The rules most likely do state that a player cannot loot abandoned builds, but I was anxious to return to the game after about a year of other games. I am terribly sorry, and should I be allowed to return, I will study the rules more carefully. Why do you want to come back: To be honest, I put a lot of work into that house. and it would be a shame to have it waste away. I hope to get back soon, and continue onwards. I solemnly swear to return any materials I have left to the rightful owner, and pay currency to make up for some of the lost value. -Joseph E. Hatfield RE: Grief appeal for: Indiana_Joe_4323 - thatguy3339 - 07-12-2018 I will want at least 2 sentences per question. After I read your response I will have a mod+ look at your appeal. 1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals? 2) Once you know a build exists, 2a) can you walk through the area? 2b) change the landscape within 100 blocks of that build? 3) If a player is banned can you take over their build? 4) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it? 5) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do? 6) I have been made aware that you were involved in chat issues throughout the day and were given more than one warning about those, so, when asked to drop a topic in chat, what is the proper course of action? 7) What have you learned from this experience? |
