At 1 PM PDT there were 6 people logged on, presumably all working on the server update.
That looks like a lot of people working to get the server ready as soon as practical.

How come other oceans have coral and seaweed but my ocean is blank and dull?
*edit* so apparently its cause i built in my ocean in 1.12* is there anyway to get one under mine without having to build it. i just want it for the looks. i would nevert touch it

Dinogirl, you can bonemeal the ocean floor to get seagrass and get some kelp to plant. If you can get some coral blocks using silk touch or buying them, then you can place them underwater. Dolphins and fish will spawn in the 1.12 world now, I have some. This is what I am doing around my base.
