Ban Appeal - Stevie-B - 11-24-2018

Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): smp.hometownmc.com

Minecraft name: StevieB1504

Reason for your ban: Griefing

Who banned you: UberDeathBunny

Why should you be unbanned: I went in unclaimed land, so I didn't see how there was much of an issue there... But I wont do it again.

Why do you want to come back: HomeTownMC is probably one of the best servers in history, and I can't live without it.

I would like at least 1 or more sentences per question. After I read your response we will consider unbanning you. If you are unbanned you will have to return all stolen items to a staff member if and when you return. Failure to do so would result in a re-banning.

1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?

2) If a player is banned can you take over their build?

3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?

4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?

5) What have you learned from this experience?

Honestly, I didn't reply because this is so ridiculous. If you're not going to let me back into the server, then so be it. I have unclaimed land that was griefed and nothing was done. If someone doesn't claim land, it's their fault, not mine. I didn't complain when I hand unclaimed land that was griefed. So I'm done with this server. The staff is scarce and terrible at that. BYYYEEE

RE: Ban Appeal - UberDeathBunny - 01-27-2019

As far as the grief in your unclaimed land you must report it to have anything done about it. The "If someone doesn't claim land, it's their fault, not mine." statement tells me that you have little to no respect for the rules of HomeTown and at this time I must deny your appeal.
