Why should you be unbanned: It was my first day on and I never got to really get used to the rules.I also have a group of friends there who i really enjoy playing with.

To be honest, this wasn't the only reason you were banned. Your ban message says Caps/Spam/Rule 1. The whole day you had been trolling on the server, you had had multiple kicks for caps & spam and you still didn't listen to us when we told you to stop.
If you want to be banned, you need to add more to your appeal giving more detail on why you want to come back and why you're sorry.
