type /itemid while your holding the enchanted book I believe, then you can use that? I may be wrong.

The easiest way to deal with enchanted books with this shop plugin is this:

So basically leave the first line empty, just like you would normally, write the quantity in second line, buy/sell prices in third, and ? in the fourth. Then just rightclick the sign with the desired book.
Be careful with combined enchanted books though, because a plain Power V book has a different ID, than a combined Power 5 (Power IV + Power IV).
According to my testing, it doesn't matter how many lower lvl books you combined, it's the same combined ID at the end. For example if you combined 16 Power I books into a Power V book, that Power V will have the same ID as you would get with combining two Power IV books into Power V. This example is true for all kinds of books with more than 1 level.
