Why should you be unbanned: I didn't grief, I broke some blocks on land I had claimed
Why do you want to come back: I really love this server with all my heart

Given your behavior prior to your ban, repeatedly threatening to grief, and then acting upon it, I really doubt that. And plus, you didn't even get a permission from the owner of the town to build in it.
Until you decide to be honest and put some more effort in your appeal, the appeal is denied.
