Reason for your ban: Stealing Diamond blocks

Why should you be unbanned: I am Truly sorry for what I have done although I dont think it was me sense I share a computer with my younger sister but that is beyond the point. I promise to NEVER Do it again
Why do you want to come back: I enjoy Being with other people when I play And I love How the sever works. I love making friends and buliding with them. Again I am so sorry for what I did. Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this artical.

Please answer the following to be unbanned:
1. Are you allowed to modify any builds/blocks that are not yours and why?
2. If an area isn't claimed is it ok to borrow anything you need?
3. If you find a build that has already been griefed and no one was punished for it, is it ok to grief it yourself?
