Remove "towny" tag from server list sites - Penguin - 03-04-2019 Over the last couple years I've noticed that we often get people join and ask if we are a towny server. I looked into it and we are listed as towny on three server list sites that I've found so far. While there's a chance that more people would check out the server if we had more tags, it feels underhanded to claim to be a towny server when we don't use any towny plugins. While I see no negatives to making this claim (we have towns anyway, just no plugin to manage them), we are still lying about the server. What does everyone think about this? RE: Remove "towny" tag from server list sites - Cil - 03-04-2019 I've seen so many complaints about this over my years at hometown, and what I know is that we have it so we gain more players, but with our constant income of players, I think it should be removed.
