Minecraft name: 2DWafflez
Reason for your ban: Theft of an Elytra
Who banned you: Illogical
Why should you be unbanned: I admit I did open the chest for Uber, but I did not steal anything. I also have a witness of me winning my elytra from slots, his username is Maximan0218.
Why do you want to come back: It is a nice server that me and all my friends love to play on and wish to play more on.

My dude,
I don't think you understand.
We have logs for every time something is taken out of, placed into a chest. Every block that is placed, broken, modified, it's logged. Block logs don't lie. And I have plenty of proof that you did, in fact, take an elytra out of Uber's chest and did not, in fact, put it back. You also took elytra rockets.
Now, to show you my evidence, I have screenshots
This is the chest in question, notice the 'Keep Out' signs that are posted on all sides

Now, here are the logs of that chest, says you took out an elytra and rockets, and did not put them back in

And, finally, I did just a general check on all your container transactions that contained elytra, to see if you had actually won one in slots and that you had just stolen this one, and had stored it elsewhere, however, that is the only log of you putting/taking an elytra out of a container

Additionally, I gave you the chance to tell me the truth. Theft of valuable objects is usually an instant ban, where if you had been honest with me and been willing to admit that you'd taken it and been cooperative, I might not have banned you.
Because of these things, and with the opinion of multiple other staff members, I have decided not to unban you
