Reason for your ban: griefing

Why should you be unbanned: So I just found this sever and it said I was banned because I team grief but I never been on there before.
Why do you want to come back:becouse I want to play on a new sever.

However, since this was a minor offence I'm going to ask you a few questions.
1) Are you ever allowed to modify someone else's build?
2) Why is griefing bad?
