To start; the Staff are busy people and have lives outside Minecraft. Complaining about them not looking at your ban is like the child in the corner whining about getting out of the corner while being punished. That kind of behavior will probably be met with a longer wait. Personally if it was my ban to deal with (be happy it is not) I would add 3-5 days per instance of a post like this. You broke the rules, be patient and do the time.
