X-ray appeal - Dyako_gamer369 - 10-11-2024

Reason for your ban (exactly what it says when you try to log in!): x-ray
Who banned you: DiamondBlockBen
Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): because this server is so amazing and i can't find a server like this again i got lot of fun when i was playing on it x-ray is makes the fun gone It should have been instead using x-ray working harder to get more money but i was lazy but i promise im not gonna use it again so please give me a second chance.
Why do you want to come back: because I was has a things that I got it with out cheating Even with the cheat I didn't got anything because before I gift diamond ore's to my own account I got banned and after I joined the server with my own. Account (.Dyako_gamer369) I got banned just after I got banned and like I said I started ban evasion because I didn't got unbanned but after I talked to melaniebeedot I stopped ban evasion because he told me how to post appeal and I did ban appeal and I learned my lesson.

I'm glad you admit to your use of x-ray, that makes things easier, but before we get to that, the most concerning portion of your ban is the blatant repeated ban evasion. You have likely set the record for number of alts created to try to circumvent your ban. This isn't a good thing or anything to be proud of. This tells me that rather than following the rules, even after being caught, you are the type of person to keep trying to find ways to go around the rules and hope to not be caught. Would you like to speak to that any? Why did you continue to use alt usernames to get onto the server? After your first couple of alts were banned, I would think you would get the hint.
Now, back to your original crime for the initial ban for x-ray. I would like you to answer a few questions for other staff to review when we consider your ban appeal.
1. Why do you think we have a zero-tolerance policy on x-ray, including any x-ray-like mining activities?
2. How does x-raying and x-ray-like mining affect other players? How does it affect shop owners? How does it affect the server's economy as a whole?
3. Why should a second chance be given to someone who was well aware of the rules and chose to break them anyway?
Please reply with your answers and a thorough explanation of why you evaded your ban so many times.

I did ban evasion because I posted like 3-4 times (explaining): I was gone to my profile and I clicked a send email because
I thought it's a post appeal because nobody told me where can I post appeal

accounts is the only way to play
And thanks for banning me because if you wasn't banned me the server was gonna

I'm really sorry for this things that I did.
(First question): because you guys wants to safe fair on the server to players be equals and have fun
(Second question)
(1 using x ray makes the server bad makes the players thinking that they use it too because I'm being rich too early but they are doing hard work and they still poor and it makes them to use it too.
(2and it's bad for shop owner's it's gonna make them to price down there ore's because I'm getting lot ore's and selling to them and it makes them poor because their money coming to me.
And it's not fair that I being rich with cheat but other's doing hard work)
(3 it's gonna make the server to unfair server because I'm getting lot diamonds and getting their money and this makes the server unfair)
(Third question): just like I said before I was selfish and I was tired of being poor I wanted to be Rich with out hard work so I planned to do this cheat but even I cheated I didn't got anything in my Dyako_gamer369 and it's my own account
But I learned my lesson I'm not gonna use it again because now I understand it's not good to make this amazing server to unfair server and it's not gonna be fun for me if I'm being rich with cheat because if you get something so easy you gonna be bored of it soon.
I understand if you don't want unban me and you are right
Because of my selfish I was about to destroy the equality of the server and thanks for reading if even not get unbanned.

Thank you for your response. I will present your appeal to the other staff that handle x-ray and we will decide collectively whether you should be unbanned or not. Please be patient as this will take some time. Do not create alts to try to circumvent your ban. Check back here for any updates concerning your ban appeal.

Just like I said I didn't wanted to do that much ban evasion but when i posted 3-4 Post's and didn't got replied because I thought it was post appeal but it wasn't and I started to ban evasion
it was wrong that I did but I didn't wanted leave the server so hope you accept me and give me a second chance I learned my lesson I know what bad thing I did but I'm not gonna do it again

You seem eager to receive an answer on your ban appeal, so I'll go ahead and get this taken care of so you don't have to wait any longer. Have a look at rules 5 & 6 for ban appeals:
5. Be patient and mature: if you explode on us or disrespect us, you won't get unbanned. Period. Also, make sure that you patiently wait for a staff member to review your appeal. Posting "Hello? Anyone there?" over and over will not make the process any faster.
6. No asking for staff to review your appeal: this includes getting your friend to ask staff to review your appeal, or logging in on an alt and asking staff to review your appeal. ANY ban circumvention using alts will result in a ban on the alt and a 7-day ban added onto your ban if you get unbanned! Don't do it!
We'll add those to the list of rules you just can't seem to follow.
After speaking to other staff, we considered your original crime of x-ray, your excessive and repeated ban evasion, and your impatience while awaiting a verdict of your appeal, I can't justify an unban. Your appeal is denied. Best of luck finding your next Minecraft server.
