I would like to appeal my permaban - M3thainph3dam|n - 11-06-2024 Banned from SMP Username is m3thainph3damln Banned: discriminatory language. You were on thin ice after the first warning, these next tuo comments were the last straw. Permanent ban, find a new server (Via BanManager) Banned by Esptree (I think) I think I should rejoin because I want to display that I have changed. I was reckless making antisemitic comments that especially during the ware aren't appropriate in addition to my username that I carelessly made. I have tried in the past to evade punishment but I would like to get back on the server in the correct way. I want to come back because I really enjoyed the server. I also obtained a Java account and servers I tried to join didn't have a community like hometown does. I hope you can overlook my past actions and give me another chance. RE: I would like to appeal my permaban - Nether_Ruler - 11-07-2024 esp is taking a break from the team, so I'll be handling your appeal. I'll start by addressing your ban on .m3thainph3damln, then we can go to your ban evasion offense on your other account. Your comments on the server were, to put it lightly, rather concerning. Specifically these: I'll just say one thing: being part of a certain minority group may allow you to say certain things in the real world, but that does not apply here. Derogatory statements are not permitted, regardless of who you are. I'm willing to consider your appeal, but only after you answer a few questions for me. Try to put some thought and effort into these replies. Your ban should be permanent after all. 1. How does using offensive language affect others in the community? 2. How can I be sure an instance like this won't happen again? 3. What have you learned from this experience? 4. Do you understand what you did wrong? 5. If I unban you and this were to happen again, are you willing to accept an unappealable punishment? |
