BAN APPEAL - Sunkspore8633 - 11-20-2025 Server you were banned on (SMP/Discord): SMP Minecraft username: Sunkspore8633 Reason for your ban (exactly what it says when you try to log in!): X-ray accomplice and X-raying use in past Who banned you: melaniebeedot  Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Here I am again with a new ban appeal and this one is purely made by my own words and honesty. My previous appeal was denied because I used AI to write some parts of the appeal so I sincerely apologise for that as I broke an rule again. I am writing this appeal to apologise for what I have done in the SMP. I supported a guy using X-ray,Instead of reporting him l mined diamonds with him continuously and that was my biggest mistake as I accompanied him/her to mine more even though we both knew that X-raying can cause ban and harsh punishments but I mined with him anyway. After getting banned, investigation was held and later I was also accused of using X-ray which I still don't agree with but I respect the admins opinion and words.I know my mining pattern and the way of my tunnels can be suspecious because I used a different type of mining pattern and I would like to explain it,I mine at -59 (strip mining) as diamonds spawn there mostly first I mine until I get redstone or gold viens and then mine more forward and if I get nothing I come back to the redstone vien or the gold viens and mine towards there directions as diamonds generate near gold and redstone ores and this is also why my tunnels are mostly towards a diamond vien or u can say more specific,I think my mining pattern is making you gys suspecious but I never -NEVER used X-ray. But ,again I am responsible,for what I did and I will never repeat this act again. I acknowledge that what X-raying can cause to an server or smp as it shatters the economy and breaks trust among the members of the server/smp and if I broke any rule either it's is discord or SMP I will be responsible and will be ready to take any punishment given by the staff member,but I will never give them the chance to do this to me,if I get another chance to play but this time, I will play fairly. Why do you want to come back:  Hometown SMP is only server where I can chill ,relax and forget everything thing happening in my real life , Hometown SMP is my first SMP where I came so far by making a base ,armor and all that necessary stuff which an normal player need to survive, I made new friends joined party,got a nice friend group who helps eachother in any situation. Playing on Hometown smp was my daily routine and now there is gap in my day- A gap which only Hometown SMP can fill and without playing on the SMP I am really bored-very bored. This is why I want to come back and meet my friends and  my CUTE pets(it includes an camel too) again. THANK YOU —Sunkspore8633 RE: BAN APPEAL - melaniebeedot - 11-21-2025 The technique you've described is well known and a common technique for sure, but that's not where we were seeing areas of concern in your mines. Let me show you. Here, at Y -33, you randomly mine 8 blocks into a flat deepslate wall with no other ores and happen upon diamonds. Luck? From there you drop down, not to Y -59, but to Y -52, and head straight over into a patch of diamonds: Maybe you just tunneled down and stopped randomly at -52 and decided to strip mine from there and got lucky that those diamonds were in your path?  Except, I noticed as I walked down your tunnel, that the diamonds aren't directly visible in the tunnel walls, yet you happened to stop and mine into the wall/ceiling right where the diamonds were to find them, so I'm wondering how you knew they were there.... Here's another instance where you had been tunnelling straight for quite a while, and then happened to stop and break through solid deepslate straight into diamonds, not leading from redstone, because the redstone ore seen in the picture was found afterwards as you continued your tunnel on Here's another one, a very long tunnel, and a very lucky stop right through solid tuff to where diamonds happened to be waiting: Here's another one, where you were tunnelling a 2-wide tunnel downwards for 73 blocks to get to Y -59, but you dug a bit wider through all deepslate to snatch up some diamonds hidden in the wall, 1 block over and 3 blocks back, that there was no way you could have seen from your 2-wide tunnel, which you continued 2-wide afterwards the rest of the way down to Y -59 How about this one, where you start tunnelling down from a cave, straight onto diamonds? Lets call that one luck. But then from there, you keep tunnelling straight down, until you suddenly decide to staircase off into a nearby cave, what luck! And then, you tunnel 12 blocks into the other side of the cave straight into a pocket of diamonds! Then you back up and make a 90 degree turn and tunnel straight to a deep dark biome. A very lucky day indeed. Here it is again from another angle, I have a reallly hard time believing this was just luck. First image is removing all your mining in the area to show a ''before'' look, the existing tunnel that you see there on the right is your friend .n4teglitch who goes on further down below the cave. Then we see where you came into the picture, from next to .n4teglitch's tunnel, staircasing down right over to the cave and then crossing the cave to tunnel straight into the wall to get to the diamonds, and then back up and tunnel 90 degrees straight over 22 blocks right into a deep dark biome: None of these instances involve Y -59 or redstone or gold ore veins. So tell me again how you've never used x-ray?
