The only thing I can find that would allow you to change the port would be a VPN based on a comment I saw. Not sure which ones do that though.

Right now everyone either thinks its a hidden lag machine, or a problem with the new moving sea life. If its the latter, then Spigot dev's will have to fix that. Till then, we just have to make due.
