I believe a reset is now inevitable, therefore I would like to request my 2 major builds be saved into schematics or whatever the current save method is, so I can take them to wherever I end up next.  

I would very much appreciate a dialog with any admin etc who will be able to carry out such a request.  

Upon confirmation, I can erect the in and out points for the purpose of setting the save regions.

I too have builds that I would like to be able to reproduce. I believe that if option 2 wins we will be able to go into the old world and look at our build so we can try to recreate it. Not sure how that's gonna work yet though.

If Option 2 wins, you'll still be able to visit your old builds in Adventure mode/Creative mode (depending on your rank) so no need to worry about losing anything.
