Need help with producing an image

I'm creating my own texture pack and i'm doing the colormap for leaves. I saw a post showing how to do autumn leaves here:

This was acheived by using the following colormap:

I would like to ask, can anyone create a colormap similar to this, but using green, blue, and white? the size needs to be 256x256. If i get multiple submissions i'll give an in-game reward to my favourite!

EDIT: I also need one for grass, however i might use the same set of colours for both i'm not sure yet

what software did you use to create those? they are exact colour swaps of the example i shared
