Pay particular attention to point 2:
2. Use effort: Moderators want to unban you, but not unless you actually put some effort into trying to get unbanned. Write a detailed appeal explaining what you did wrong, why it was wrong, and what you should've done instead. Make us want to unban you. One or two sentences makes us want to deny your appeal.
I caught you red handed killing a player in the nether, I jailed you and told you in no uncertain terms that player killing was not allowed. Then I released you and not 20 minutes later I get a message saying you tried to do it to another player and then when I checked it out you'd actually killed another player as well as the attempted killing.
Seriously, I warned you that you would be banned if you did it again and you continued anyway. You are gonna have to do a lot better than 'I only killed a few people'.
Make a new appeal and put in a lot more effort if you want to be unbanned.
