I have played on other servers and they have this command it basically shows you what warps that person has

No. That plugin allows players to set their own warps. We don't want players to be able to set their own warps, we want them to only be set by staff so that we can ensure they are being set in a safe place and in a place that the player is allowed to have the warp set.
