My personal favorites are Cat and Chirp. They both fill me with some kind of nostalgia from my first days on Minecraft.   I especially love the vintage-sounding melody at the beginning of Chirp.

I think runner ups are Far, Strad and Wait.

I love the soft upbeat music. It's relaxing to enjoy minecraft while listening to this.
