Horses disappeared?

I had two horses, both locked, in my stable. (3018 77 6600) When I logged on today, they were gone. The gates were closed, so they couldn't just wander off.

Is this a bug, or where they stolen?

Same thing happens with my llamas pretty often, i think its a glitch.
