So I've been using my spider farm lately, and I have noticed the spiders aren't dropping any XP? I don't know if this is server lag or 1.9. Also the issue is with all mobs, so if staff could fix this issue it will be much appreciated!

Same, mob's are totally 'borked' as someone put it. Endermen aren't dropping Xp and aren't dropping any drops either.
According to one person it'sa glitch with /d but we cannot be sure.

Yeah and my hoppers aren't putting stuff into the chests under them

Yep, my hopper isn't working to, you have to modify it so the chest is next to the hopper.
