Well if the person loses their warp due to inactivity for an extended period, then that's just too bad for them I suppose. Like if not paying your cell bill gets your account closed, you lose your number.
For the part about rich players, there could be a maximum term you could pay for at once?
What kinds of logs can be written about the plugin's usage? Could the file with the list of warps have a number next to the warp name keeping track of how often it's dialed in?
