I should be unbanned because I didn't Xray I don't even have a texture pack that allows me to Xray
I would like to come back because I have loved my time in Hometown and it would be a big loss if I was permanently banned

You can always make an honest appeal and when you do I will be happy to look at it.

I think I should only be in 1 week as I think after that time I will have learnt my lesson. I think after that week I should be unbanned because I will have learnt my lesson and I will never hack or scam ( I never Did) again and I will help and reply to any other server members who need help.
I would Like to come back because I have never seen a better economy on a Minecraft server but also there is no lag and because I enjoy playing with the members on the servers.

Persistent lying will not help your appeals.
I was the one who originally found your mines and Uber banned you. In this case two staff members agree you were x-raying.
If you truly wish to be unbanned you will need to start a fresh appeal thread and be be 100% honest. Until you are your appeal will be denied.
