Reason for your ban: for playing audio of a Japanese woman screaming komenosai when I was in the discord channel with my friends.
Who banned you: Guy
Why should you be unbanned: I acknowledge that what I did was wrong and inappropriate and I would not have done it if it would have offended anyone in the room (who were all joking about it for a minute then I stopped right after Guy joined) and I apologized and was banned from the discord channel.
It was not porn that I played it was just anime; and I feel as though I do not deserve to be fully banned from the discord for this. As this is my first discord ban.
Why do you want to come back: I would like to be unbanned as I am a very active member of the hometown community, and have a lot of friends who I socialize with on the discord.
Alright Duck. So here's the thing, first thing first you try to claim that you were just playing anime audio, yet when I joined the call the first thing you said was something about hentai, so I'd drop the act on that. Add to that the fact that I've been informed you were already muted for the exact same thing, not once, not twice, but three times in the past two weeks. You have been trolling in discord for weeks (really the whole time I've been here, but even moreso recently). You have been warned for making suicide jokes on multiple occasions (following one of which you changed your profile picture to a girl hanging herself to push it further), harassing/disrespecting staff members in private messages (Using your alt that you asked me about your ban from), and of course, evading your discord ban to message me to look at your appeal using alts and insulting our staff members. (https://imgur.com/a/4t3WuTw) Seen here. It is clear to me that you have no regard for our rules and no respect for our staff team. I warned you that you were going to get your appeal denied and you decided to push it further. I see absolutely no reason why I would consider unbanning you at this point.

Grilled Donut was pretending to be me and that was his alt who has been in the discord for awhile now apparently...
I was not muted in the last two weeks, and have not done that before on discord so that is simply not true. I was only kicked once from the actual in game for using caps regarding when I found baby polar bears about a week ago. I do troll sometimes, and may have a different sense of humor than other people but that is not justified as a reason for a ban and a denial of an appeal, considering that this is my first ever time being banned from the discord.
I never made suicide jokes and saying I received several warnings for making them must be a misunderstanding. However, I did have a picture from the game Doki Doki Literature Club as my picture and changed it immediately when asked by a staff member. I don't see how that is relevant though considering I complied with staffs request. Additionally, I would also like to mention that a current admin whom I do not want to mention by name in public previously had their display picture as Kermit the frog drinking bleach which implies the exact same concept.
I was just joking around all between friends and never intended to offend anyone, nor did anyone get offended by anything that I said at the time of the ban.
I never private messaged any staff member sending harassing private messages and can provide screenshots that indicate otherwise. I am friendly with most staff members, and have actually apologized to several staff whom I may have offended previously.
I am very sincere whenever it comes to these types of things and never had any malicious intent and hope you as a staff member can see that.

Alright, so here's the deal, with the evidence you have sent on here as well as in private messages I am willing to throw out the ban evasion and disrespect. With that said, I still have two staff members telling me that they have had to warn/mute you for poor behavior in the discord (other instances of you playing inappropriate audio in the vc, and having to warn you for making suicide jokes in vc as well, after which was when you changed your picture to the one of the girl hanging herself)
With that said, I'm willing to give you a shot here, once you've thought about your actions a bit, I don't want you to re-appeal right away and so I will request you take some time before trying again, think about your past and future actions within the discord and the server as a whole. But after that time I will let you make another appeal, a sincere one, and I'll make sure you get a fair appeal process, just make sure you show you recognize why this has happened.
