Regarding claim/build #1: it is a farm, and it is underground. The build itself is larger than 10x10 so the guideline for larger builds applies. With that said, the player who built it was online 13 days and 19 hours ago as of the time I'm posting this message. Since the player is not banned, you need to wait another 717 days before requesting a build removal. While you are permitted to build as close as you like due to the lack of claim hut aboveground, the claim itself can not and will not be removed.

Regarding build #2: Golden Shovel claims do not count as "valid claims" for the sake of this thread or on the server itself. For a claim to be considered valid, it must be at least a 5x5x5 build with a locked item in it (you can see the list of lockable objects in the HomeTown Rulebook under Rule 7e1). Only then does the 100 block rule apply from the edges of your build (again: NOT the gold shovel claim). Since you do not have any builds within your 526x372 claim, this build will not be removed.
