If I ignore the formating, your ban appeal is still kinda mess, all the emojis, all the question marks in the title... does not look like appeal of someone who regrets their actions.

I'm happy you admitted to stealing that mace, but that mace is not the only reason, why I banned you.

During the time you spent on our server, you were always pushing the rules to the limit. Multiple times staff warned you about spam and your overall behavior in chat.

Another thing where I find your behavior pretty disrespectful to other players (which is our number one rule) is you "interpreting" sign from other player, telling "You can build near this area" as: you can build right here, on top of my build.

While I unfortunately can't verify with the owner of the place, since they have been offline for some time now, I don't think they meant by that sign, that your builds can literally share wall or that you can build right on top of their build and if that was not enough, you chopped down pretty much every single tree and replant around their build and even did small grief inside of their build.

And you even wrote "I NOW LIVE HERE I HAVE 2 BASES - Juanfernox33" on the sign board this player has. This does not really sound friendly to me.

Now when you are banned, you shifted your spamming focus on our forums. Deadposting (posting on no longer active threads) while not being against the rules, in larger scale and especially with this low effort posts and off topic posts is considered spamming. You can get banned from forums for spamming and if you get banned, you can't appeal no more...
And just now as I'm working on this response, you put "if anyone wonders I stole an op mace" as comment? to your ban appeal.

So, I'll ask you, to reply with way better appeal if you want back, as you've been causing troubles from the beginning and this appeal just doesn't not sound like you learned your lesson.

Hi, hoped for bit more than 2-3 sentences, I take this ban seriously considering your behavior on the server and now on our forums. To push you a bit in right direction, I wrote down couple questions I would like you to address.

1) Why did you decided to steal that mace? And how would you feel if someone went into your place and started taking your stuff?

2) Why did you grief? How would you feel if someone started breaking your builds?

3) Do you think the the owner of the build would be happy if they would see what you have done there? Don't you think they meant that you can build maybe outside of the tree circle? Would you consider moving your build a bit (positive or negative answer won't change the outcome of this appeal, but I would like you to think about it)?

4) What about the spam? How would you feel if you would have normal conversation with friends and someone was constantly interrupting you?

5) Why do you now spam on our forums? While I would like to see ppl use it more, most of your messages seems to be off topic or no longer relevant as the threads haven't been used for long time. For example posting "yyyyyyyyyyyy" on the new claim huts thread is just spam. If you would like to use our forums, maybe try to think what is a good post on forums and don't you think one longer post is better than tons of short posts?

6) Why should I unban you? How can I trust that you won't repeat this?

7) Anything else you wanna include (and think about it please)

You don't have to copy the questions, feel free to write the numbers down as a list or write a long appeal covering all the questions. I'm expecting good appeal. One sentence per question is not enough.

1.because it was unclaimed an enchanted and i would feel bad if someone stole from me i even rage when they do that
2,i was bored also tell the owner im sorry sometimes im disrespectful and do things like that and i will rage or feel bad if someone destroys my builds
3.no and i didnt think that i could build outside the tree circle i just saw that and thinked of it as a nice place to build something and i would move my build a little bit also
4.i laugh
5,im bored and i just want to talk with the hometown community
6.i just want to play there and i can give you all my valuable things even my balance and gold nuggets

While your response does not meet the requirement written in the last sentence: "One sentence per question is not enough." I'll accept everything except for the question number 4 about spam. Considering how many times staff warned you about spam, saying "I laugh" is just not enough. Let me update my questions:

1) why do you spam?

2) why is spamming not welcomed on our server and forums

3) how would you feel if you could not communicate with your friends in chat because someone is interrupting you?

And this time please write longer answers to all these questions. If I'm happy with your response, I will unban you.

1.i get bored or i get stupid or mostly of all im raging because something bad happened im just strange at some point like that

2.because no one likes that their devices explode or it can crash servers AND its bannable because no one likes it and spamming is bad

3.i would feel bad because i dont like that to happpen because it just makes me feel strange or something like that i really dont know

Spam is annoying and no one enjoys it. Ppl are trying to have fun, chat with others, read their shop logs, their mail etc, and if someone is spamming, it gets harder to do these things, that ppl like about this server. If you and your friends like spam, there is an option to create a party which will let you chat with just specific group of players.

I'll give you a second chance, but if you'll continue with this behavior, next time, ban appeal process won't be this easy.

Once you join, go to /warp tutorial and /warp rules and read all the rules again and then return the mace to any staff member. Also please consider moving your build outside of the tree circle.
