Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?) im going to be point blank i was not using xray what i was using though was a app to find diamonds that is not considered xray and if you should get banned for it atleast put it in your rules all it says is no xray not using any other apps to help so i feel like i should atleast get a second chance because it really wasnt xray i was using diamondfinder.net like i said no where in the rules does it say i cant use one but if it matters that much i will not use it i just feel like if it wasnt in the rules i shouldnt get banned and the google deff for xray is "To “xray" is simply to use a texture pack that modifies majority of the underground blocks in minecraft"
i feel like using a website is a complete diffrent thing its not a texture pack and even though im new i had a fun time on your guys server so i really hope this appeal gets considered because i didnt know i would get banned for a website

Actually.... 

According to the rules you passed through when you joined the server, it does explicitly state that cheats of any kind are not allowed. 



Using a website to find diamonds gives you an unfair advantage over the other players who are playing legit survival as the server is intended to be, AKA cheating.

But honestly, ''it wasn't x-ray, it was diamondfinder.net" is just a childish attempt to loophole the rules and excuse your choices. I'm sure you're smart enough to understand that if xray isn't allowed (for obvious reasons, on a survival server), then any other xray-like apps or mods or websites or texture packs that give you the same advantage wouldn't be allowed either.
