Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Hi im hoping that this is recived in good health but im truly and honestly sorry for x-raying and as for the the theft i was greedy and i know it was wrong but i did it anyway same with the xray im hoping that i do get a second chance and want to be a part of the comunity. xraying damages the server by taking money from the people that worked hard for it it hurts the economy, and can damage friendships i hope that im able to apologize and i understand that the things i have will be taken away im willing to start fresh and build and grow 

Why do you want to come back: As I said above the server and community is one of the best that I've seen the server is fun, lighthearted and overall just a great place to be. I hope to right my wrongs and id also like the chance to personally apologize to the server and comunity for my actions

Hi, thank you for appealing and for being honest. There are still few things I want to ask you to make sure you understand the rules. I'm mostly confused why you decided to grief/steal stuff again, when you got yourself jailed for theft at warp Diamond. One would think you would not make the same mistake twice...

Also, I did not included it in the ban message since it was not the main reason for the ban, but why would you mess with other player's redstone machine? How would you feel if you spent time with something like that and someone else started changing things there which will result in it not working?

You seemed to have fun, built nice base, got vip, talked with other players... isn't it better to play by the rules and just enjoy the game the way it's supposed to be played?

How can we trust that you learned from your mistakes when you clearly did not learned form the honey pot jail (for warp Diamond)?

Also I noticed that you deleted your previous appeal and wrote a new one, why?

Honestly I really dont know im not going to blame it on my mental state but I have been going through at tough bit but thats not an excuse i can promise you that i wont do it again as for the deleted post the website glitched and double posted i truly am sorry ill do anything i have too and i understand almost all the trust in me if not all of it is gone, and i also understand that i will have to earn that back im truly sorry and respect any decision that the mod team comes up with. and as for the grief with the redstone i didnt realize it was still considered grief because it was an unclaimed area that i am truly sorry

So, why I asked you about the previous appeal was, since it looked different and bit less human like...

Also so I can present this to the rest of the staff team for the final vote, please answer these questions so we know you know understand the rules and how things work here:

1) How do you understand grief and theft and why it's not acceptable even in unclaimed areas?

2) Why is xray or similar cheats against the rules? How you understand Zero Tolerance Policy for these types of cheats?

to answer the 3 things here

1. the original post I did use an ai to help me write it but changed it up once i reread the rules and saw ai writing tools arent allowed cause i didnt want to break any more rules

2. I understand that grief and theft isnt allowed now in unclaimed areas because people still work hard on thoes areas and its not right to take from them plus on top of that grief and theft is just plain wrong and ill admit i was in the wrong

3. Xray and cheats are wrong and i understand the 0 tolerance policy because it it gives players an unfair advantage over other players and makes the game unfair to everyone

Thank you for your honesty, we decided to give you second chance, but please, once you return, go to warp tutorial and to warp rules and read everything again and follow the rules!

As for our xray policy, all your netherite, diamonds and other ores or items made out of these were taken from you and your balance was reset to 0. Welcome back.
