Why should you be unbanned: I'll return the beacon. I read the rules after I took it and it was on unclaimed land.
Why do you want to come back: I just wanna play with my girlfriend, she likes the server.

Please answer each of these in at least one sentence each, after which I will take a look at unbanning.
1) Are you allowed add/delete/harvest anybody else's built blocks (not natural), fenced in plants or fenced in animals?
2) If a player is banned can you take over their build?
3) If a build is abandoned can you remove any part of it?
4) If you accidentally break another players block what should you do?
5) Why did you steal the beacon?
6) What have you learned from this experience?

No, you are not.

i'm assuming yes, although I wouldn't anyways.

I wouldn't, but yes? I'm not really sure about that one, though.

Put it back.

Because I suck, and it wasn't claimed.

Don't touch people's things.

Alright, so a few things, for 3 the answer is a flat no, and on 4, if there's one available it is also best to let a staff member know. Finally, please keep in mind that just because something isn't claimed with claimblocks does not mean it is fair game, please don't alter anything built by another player without the permission of that player.
With all of that said, I do feel that you had no malicious intent and do really want to come back. I have had you unbanned. Please turn the beacon in to myself or any staff member online when you log on.
