This fairly well could only be an issue during the time that i get online but I have only noticed that one staff member is active around 11:00pm CST. It could just be a coincidence or maybe i just haven't noticed but when i am online, there always seems to be somebody in need of an admin or other staff member. Feel free to correct me if I am mistaken on this issue. Thanks!

There are a few things it could be, whether it’s the time zone, it being the holidays and people aren’t as active, or just plain not enough staff online. A solution some people have found is asking for help in our discord which generally gets a quick response if someone is free!

Thanks for the input Star! I guess I didn't even think about it being a holiday and all.
