Before 1.16, there should be a public afk fish farm so people can take full advantage before the update

It's not run by staff but I made one at warp afk.

Yes, But the chest for the farm at /warp afk is private to only you. No one else is able to collect the loot.

you can just build your own as it's not really too hard, I think it's more convenient as well
