If any staff-member would like to confirm the evidence, Sham dug a single tunnel is a large mine and covered up his finds with cobblestone. All the signs point to x-raying.

Appeal denied. Also, you gave a VIP1 donation to the server, not an investment as you put it. There's not clause stating we have to return it, but you may ask FrostVINCENT if you'd like. Apart from that, find a new server.
