I understand that using X-ray gave me an unfair advantage and affected fair gameplay on the server. I accept responsibility for using it and understand why it goes against the rules and why staff took action. I realize that my actions could make other players feel that their progress was unfairly matched and also created extra work for staff who had to investigate and review reports. I am not trying to excuse what happened, and I understand why the rule exists. I have learned from this situation and, if given another chance, I will follow the rules carefully. I want to show that I can play fairly and be a positive part of the community.

Why do you want to come back:
I really enjoyed playing on HomeTownSMP and had spent a lot of time progressing, building, and interacting with other players. I liked the community and the server environment, and I would like the opportunity to continue playing properly and rebuild trust by following the rules from now on.

I want to apologize for the confusion between what I said earlier on Discord and what I wrote in my appeal. When I first spoke to you, I was stressed and worried about losing my progress, and instead of being honest I tried to defend myself and say it was not X-ray. That was my biggest blunder.

After thinking about it properly, I decided to be honest in my appeal and accept responsibility for using X-ray. I regret doing it and I also regret not being truthful immediately when you first asked me about it. I understand how that made the situation worse and why it affected your trust.

I am not trying to make excuses for my actions. I take full responsibility for using it and I genuinely regret it. If I am given another chance, I will only play fairly and follow the server rules from now on.
