Why should you be unbanned (Why should we give you a second chance?): Because I am truly sorry for what I did, I'm super sorry to my boy axolotl. I'm gonna behave and remember the rules carefully and not violate them again. 

Why do you want to come back: There's no other servers like hometown, this server is genuinely iconic, the community is amazing and supportive and helpful. It's truly and amazing server. This is why I'm appealing months later, because I can't find anything like you guys.

Hello. Although my username is Cil on here, I'm ThatOneWolfe in-game and the staff member who banned you. As such, I will be responding to your ban appeal. As such, I would like to create a meaningful dialogue between you and me on the reason why you were banned, why it isn't okay, and how we can move forward.

Based on your appeal, I feel that you don't have an adequate understanding of the reasons why I banned you. Officially, your ban message states "Rule 1 Violation". As per our /rules command in-game, Rule 1: Be respectful to other players and staff. Don't be annoying on purpose. This includes racism, sexism, and backtalk."

Along with this, our dedicated rulebook hosted on the forums states,
"Chat Rules - Punishment Levels 0-3
Be respectful at all times and do not be annoying. Slurs, sexism, racism, homophobia, or discrimination toward any person, group, organization, or creed is strictly prohibited.
Cursing is permitted, provided it is not directed at another player. Any form of harassment, including using profanity to insult or attack others through chat, signs, or any other medium, is forbidden

The item that primarily led to your ban: you using a slur derogatorily on a sign when you were frustrated after I was trying to mitigate the situation between you an mr_axolotl. (Yes, I did see it when you placed it) As such it gives me great concern of your utilization of said slur that you're willing to be a player that constitutes the values held sacred here at HomeTown. Paired with this obviously lackluster appeal; I doubt much can be said to convince me that you would be welcome in our community again.
