Why should you be unbanned: Its been over a year and my sister did not read the rules before she played on it. I know the My Friend Did It is common but I only have one computer and I let her play on it.

Why do you want to come back: I love This server, I vote for it when I have the time even thought I'm ban from it. I wish to show my online friend and build with her. I just can't wait to get back. I just love it.

I looked through all my screenshots from around the time you were banned and was unable to find the screenshot with your grief. You are right in that the my sibling/friend did it excuse is common, and it's also not accepted as a valid excuse. You are in charge of your account and anything that happens on your account is your responsibility. Since I'm unable to find the screenshots and you will have to go through the tutorial anyway, I will unban you.
