Well if you want to talk about vanilla survival, flying is a pretty extreme change/advantage.

Unfortunately this mod won't be implemented, it's too far of a deviation from what we want the server to be. This idea has been suggested before, but there just isn't enough reason behind it for it to work. Thank you for the suggestion though!
