From a server financing point of view (as in real money, not in-game currency) multiple sethomes tied to VIP is probably a smart plan. I say that because multiple sethomes is the primary reason why I purchased VIP1.

You can always just buy a warp in a locked room... makes it private with the option of giving other people access.
