So guys I'm going on my gold DofE expedition, and won't be back till friday??
I don't know how I'll survive for five days walking 20km a day and eating nothing but porridge and tuna, but I'll try. See y'all soon

Good news: I'm alive
Turns out it was 23 km a day
but at least I had oat cakes to add to my porridge and tuna!

more good news: I went to the beach and managed to get sand and mud into the blisters on my feet. I then had to cut the skin off with scissors and use a soft brush to get it out, which made them start bleeding. I haven't been able to leave the house, or walk much, for 2 days
