Well, according to the server logs you didn't just remove and replace a quartz slab, you also removed and replaced a diamond block.
I missed the fact that you had replaced that block in my original investigation, so I will go ahead and unban you, with my apologies. But I am left to wonder why you only mentioned the quartz slab when we spoke in Discord. If there are any future misunderstandings, please don't leave out important details like that.
